Here are the most common reasons why you may see this message:

You've already registered your student under a different email address. Is there another email you could have used to register?

Your student was registered by another parent. Check with the individual who registered them for a link to your student's page.
- Your student was registered by the team at school. This usually happens if your student turns in pledges when they don't yet have an account. Contact us above if you think this is the case.
