If you have a charge on your card that reads MYBOOSTER* this would have been from a donation submitted to a student's fundraiser.
If you do not recall submitting any donations, before you submit a fraudulent claim to your card company, please allow our team to research the matter for you. We respond within one business day, and we are often able to resolve these matters by confirming more information such as the school and parent name associated with the donation.
If at that point a refund is needed, we will be happy to provide one.
